Cancellation Policy – Touched by Tee Spa & Beauty LLC To ensure a smooth booking experience and respect for both the client’s and provider’s time, the following cancellation policy is in effect: 🔸 A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please note: Groupon vouchers or Groupon-related deposits do not apply toward the remaining service balance. 🔸 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. This fee will be charged to the card on file, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 🔸 No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in future booking restrictions.
